These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WideRadar (the "Service"), operated by Ashley Tilsley ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
WideRadar is a market-data dashboard presenting stock market breadth, sector rotation, leadership rankings, gainers and losers, an economic calendar, and rules-based technical readouts. Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Massive.com, with real-time quotes during US market hours. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Service is offered on a paid subscription ("Pro") basis: Monthly plan $39/month · Annual plan $349/year. New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You agree not to scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its data; reverse engineer the platform; circumvent access controls; or share your account credentials.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk, including possible loss of principal.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
